called x2 won't talk, won't answer when call back (Unsolicited call) reported by Torie

This number has called two times, has called on different days and won't say anything when you answer, there is only silence. Have tried to call back with number showing and on private, no answer. Second time calling there was a voice message from optus saying the number was disconnected but had been ringing. Have sent a text message asking who it was and no reply. Going to block the number and anyone who receives a call from this number should block it too as they're a waste of time

I answered the call me said his name was Andrew I asked what it was regarding and he said he was from some cruise line company I asked him what the call was regarding and he asked me do I do much cruising I said can you please tell me what the call is it in regards to he said he wouldn't tell me what it was in regards to until it answered the question of whether I do much cruising. I said that I did not have to answer any of these questions until he tells me what the call is in regard to.
