They keep calling although it is for another person

Just said they were looking for someone for a personal matter (Debt collector) reported by Azz
When I answered they was asking for a particular person that I was associated with in my past and I said I get them a message and asked who he was again and he continued to say it was a personal matter and I told him not to ring back again and blocked the number.
