Vero/Suncorp/, car insurance, Twas in direct relation to a car accident. I refused to give info until I could verify they were legit. I rang the land line & went via the switchboard to confirm ????????

Got a missed called and voicemail at 3:55pm. Saying her name was Helen from Suncorp CTP Insurance in regards to an accident last year. That I’m not in trouble or anything or in regards to the other party injury claim. Rang my insurer and they confirmed as I thought that a claim I did have has been settled and the company of the other party was not this Suncorp ctp.

CTP is a different insurance. Your claim will have been for property damage to both your vehicle and to the Third Party's vehicle. However, the insured Third Party will also have lodged a claim for their injuries via your CTP insurance. It has nothing to do with your car claim
