They wanted photo id for a delivery that I have paid for. They advised that if I didn't send the photo id that I would not receive the item. Given I have already paid for the item and that the money has come out of my account I refused. They stated they would send the parcel back so I guess there is a refund on the way. I am extremely sceptical about a business requiring my photo id for a purchase that has been paid for in full.

This guys gave me his name James and climes to call from jp finance. He is calling me for over 2 months now. I am tired of requesting him not to bother. I blocked at least 20 different numbers but still he keeps calling using different numbers everyday. I don’t know what to do
