I didn't answer but based on other comments it is likely to be from Care Flight after I stupidly completed a survey to enter a competition. No doubt the survey was bogus and there is no prize.

He said Hello is this called by name I replied Yes it is and i sa (Scam call) reported by Patricia
He said is this (called by name) i said Yes and he proceeded to pretend he couldn't hear me. i said Hello x2 then he has hung up.
