A man called offering solar rebates or similar. Told him we're pulling the house down and going off grid so he was wasting his time.

A male spoke, claiming to be selling solar panels and free government support for some customers. VERY pushy, would not tell me what the company he was calling from was called, gave me a name 'Brett'. This was the conversation: Brett: How will you be paying for a full installation of solar panels to your home today? Me: I will not be purchasing solar panels from you. Brett: Yes? What is your address, phone number, full name, date of birth and banking details to deduct the money? Me: I am hanging up now, goodbye Brett: I cannot let you do that, I need to confirm your details as you agreed to a full home of solar last week. Me: When and where was this? Brett: I confirm this now, yes, you did. Me: When and where Brett? I know this is a scam call. Brett: *Hung up* Got this call again an hour later with a gentleman supposedly called 'Clint' claiming he has all my details including bank details and asked me to re confirm them to him so he can read my 'Forms' he had at his desk.

call 2 days later from fed police but fake. (Scam call) reported by


Initial call from 08 7089 9560 but no message left so I phoned them back and they wanted to put me in touch with someone selling solar batteries. I asked them quite a lot of questions and they ended up ending the call or it lost connection??? 2 days later (9.25am on 26/7/2021)I had a call from 0438 989 713 and answered it. It was an automatic message from Federal Police regarding them detecting my involvement or something about illegal activity. At this point I realised it was a scam and ended the call.
