Hearing Life, had hearing test with them 18 months ago, My ENT sent me elsewhere as their test is not good enough for a diagnosis. Got 2 calls in a week

This number called several times my home number, my mobile number, my family members mobile numbers because they are all listed in Medibank. I logged into Medibank and unchecked all SMS, email, post, phone from receiving marketing information, and checked to bar sensitive information from sharing within Medibank group of companies. Hope these steps will stop calls from this number for Hearing Life and others in the future.

Got a call from this number 4 days ago and said that they are from Medibank to following up on an email for a hearing aid test.They got all my details, name, mobile phone number, date of birth and address. I didn't suspect much and arrange for a hearing aid test,then I found out that the test is going to be run at Hearing Life. I searched the internet and found lots of negative comments on Hearing Life. It's so scary where on earth they got all my personal details when in fact they are not associated with Medibank.
