This property Valuation company would have been contact by someone to call you. In my case CBA had asked them to do a valuation for a mortgage approval. Not cold calling and were pleasant

Landlord gave them my details (Financial services) reported by Fed Up
They wanted to value my property on direction of my landlord. Basically, breaching the terms of my rental agreement. Told them I’d prefer they go through my estate agent. They them got very upset and continually called for a week after. Blocked.
