Knew my name but then wanted to know my broadband details which I didn't provide. Said he would send me an email to confirm he was from AGL but never received it. Received 2 further junk calls after this, including a robo voice in Chinese.

They said AGL, Ask anything urgent? why call me three times! Stuttered. I asked "is it Telemarketing". he didn't answer and say got offer or craps. SO IT IS TELEMARKETING!!! Super Annoying. Keep calling. I ask AGL (from AGL app and Twitter) they said don't know. Crap!

Male voice said, "This is Warren from AGL" then asked for my husband by name. I replied "I am his wife, how can I help?". He hung up without saying anything more. Call came at 5:05pm which is 5 minutes after office hours.

I keep getting calls from this number. When I answer either I get put on hold by an automated system, or nobody answers at all and it times out. Smells like a scam so blocked as far as I'm concerned.

Call from someone claiming to be AGL. Android phone considering it to be spam, so I treated it carefully. Asked them to send me an email with my account number, and I would call them back at a more convenient time. Assuming they are from AGL, it should come from an AGL address with my correct details.

Maybe it was AGL, maybe it wasn't. How am I to know? Apparently they want to lower my bills so I just told them to call back in a week after I've had a chance to find cheaper options elsewhere.

It is from AGL, I hid my phone number to call back, it directs to AGL. People who call and no one pickup then they should leave a Voice Message, otherwise, next time I would mark and report as Scam or Junk Call.
