Guy from "Energy Savers" (Unsolicited call) reported by Annoyed

Rang repeatedly, left no message, annoyed I finally answered...guy offering to replace hot water service as part of government initiative, he got frustrated when I was disinterested... I informed him I wasn't the home owner, he told me I wasn't eligible, said thanks and hung up very quickly.. lucky me!!
