Answered the call at about 6.30pm. No acknowledgement from the caller then the caller disconnected the line. Right on dinner time and rude at not saying a word then hanging up.

You can opt out from their calls as a political survey bypasses the DNC register...as it's for political reasons. https://www.reachtel.com.au/do-not-call Add your number to that and within 48 hours you should be off their list.

Don't they get the hint, people hate getting unsolicited calls, i only answer calls from my contact list, from previous comments it appears it's a political poll, i dont care about political polls, i will find out the results after the election, so why annoy families right on dinner time. Family is more important than an annoying phone call seeking useless information.

I'm registered on the Australian governments 'do not call' register but for some reason Reachtel Research believes that their surveys are exempt from it, last I checked, only not-for-profit charities were exempt.
