have rung 4 times this morning alone. hangs up as soon as I answer. Normally this means a computer is ringing you to see what time of the day you answer calls so this gets noted then 'someone' rings you at that time

What can we do about tese nuisance calls? If peole dont identify themselves I dont bother replying to the caller. This after hours caller lets the phone ring for a short period of time and hangs up.
