I've had this number ring me time after time and if you don't answer they keep ringing you back. If you answer the call they don't even speak, they wait to hear you and first then the sometimes even hang up. I have since blocked this number!

Had this number ring me today that wanted to speak with "daughter's name" and im like "hold on a second before you go any further with you're little speil you do realise this person you are wishing to speak with is a minor who is under the age of 13. Don't ring this number again!!!! I went all mother like crazy on that bi*ch lol

I run my own business and i provide personal protective equipment for tradies with free delivery in Melbourne and free courier service Australia wide!! I work in compliance with Work Safe and thus in saying that, when i am talking to tradies or even when i am driving, we should not be getting these nuisance calls. They interrupt our work and furthermore they can play a major issue in disturbing us while we have our dinner and spending time with family, to a tradie or trade interfering their work ethic and not to mention a tradie handling something dangerous (health and safety issue). I am annoyed i get many calls like this from this number on my mobile and landline. I have blocked them on my mobile so therefore it just goes to my message bank - thank goodness for that. I do alot of driving (as i visit my customers with their ppe) and they used to call me whilist driving. I dont answer the phone when driving anyway and i am definitely so happy that their calls are blocked. They call me everyday. Cant they get the message that i am NOT INTERESTED??

Recently gave out my mobile number for a Dodo internet online competition, and suddenly I get these annoying phone calls. Also getting the calls on the home number, with the person saying that they are ringing for "An assessment" and that they are not trying to sell me anything.

In many cases this caller is committing an offence under section 474.17 of the Criminal Code Act Using a carriage service to menace, harass or cause offence (1) A person is guilty of an offence if: (a) the person uses a carriage service; and (b) the person does so in a way (whether by the method of use or the content of a communication, or both) that reasonable persons would regard as being, in all the circumstances, menacing, harassing or offensive. Going by posted complaints It appears that they have been committing this offence since at least Jan 2014 with Posts Dec 2014 claiming that after making a report Telstra blocked the calls from their service(as set out in Industry Code Process), If these claims are factual It may be assumed that despite being aware of this behavior since mid Dec 2014 Telstra has continued to facilitate the committing of this Offence in return for financial gain. They have been allowed to get away with this (Telstra too) because the Industry Code of Practice Process attempts to resolve the complaint without the need to refer it to the Police. If you have received Unwelcome Communications meeting the Pattern Criteria of 3 call in over 24hrs or within 120hrs or over 10 calls within 24 hrs and you have found these "No Response Hangups" to be Menacing and or Harassing then you are well within your rights to REPORT IT DIRECTLY TO THE POLICE!
