Person was ringing to advise the board of Livetiles Ltd was encouraging shareholders vote to adopt resolutions being put forward at the upcoming general meeting. They knew my name and that I was a shareholder, but the call was definitely from overseas.

Caller called asking for my husband (somehow the caller know we’re related), and asked about his voting right on one of the shares he owned. Strangely she doesnt have my husband number and i asked if i can get my husband to call her back. She replied that she’ll call back at another time and hang up.
