Optus called to follow up on a complaint I had made because of a bad knob on the Optus customer service messenger thing. They were very helpful, and promised that the person who I complained about will be severely reprimanded. Another reason to be happy with Optus, especially considering that the knobs at Helstra are always rude, and would never care, or act on a complaint, unless it's made to the Ombudsman. I'm a happy chappy now

I had been speaking with OPTUS most of the morning. I’d no sooner hung up and I received a call from this number - it was Virgin asking if I was happy with the service I’d received from Virgin Mobile? Very odd!! I’ve never been a Virgin customer!!
