Strong foreign accent...asked who was calling and could not make sense of the answer ..they talked over the top of me..hung up and blocked number

missed a call from this sydney number ~8:25pm Aest. Left a Call Catcher sms to return the call, so out of curiousity i did - twice. Both times i received a message saying the number was ' incorrect, check the number and try again'. To me this screams SCAMMER. What legitimate business calls at this time of the night? in fact it is illegal even for a legitimate one to call after 6:30pm. Given the number was "erroneous" i have no doubt the (02) number was just a ghost number for telemarketers located o/s for unscrupulously shadey Aust companies lacking marketing intelligence to capture new customers respectably.
