Electricity Disconnection (Scam call) reported by David McKinnon
They rumh up to upgrade my electricity package for my transfer between new and old address with click energy. Didn't have any information about my disconnection and new address even though I had already done this week's before with click energy. I hung up on him and rung click energy straight away. They weren't aware of any package upgrades and said if they had of rung they would have all of my information in front of them. Who ever disconnects electricity communicates with the provider and not the customer if they wish for more information.
