Seriously, if you have an Android mobile, just block it. If they have your land line, you may need to buy hardware to block. How would they get your landline? I'm pretty sure they just shotgun this from a marketing list. Never give your phone number to charities, marketers, or subscription providers. If you have to, then make sure you do not give them permission to share.
