Facebook marketing support. Relentless. Will not stop. (Telemarketer) reported by Kobi

I can not recall how many times I have asked to be taken off the list for this, but they still call every month or so like clockwork. They are a third party contracted by Facebook from what I can tell. I have told them every single time that we do not provide Facebook marketing services and they do not seem to get the message. If you don’t answer, they call multiple times until you pick up.

NOT Facebook - is a third party, however they will lie and say they work directly for Facebook and try to upsell their services. We have asked to be removed from their call list MANY times.

Phoned our customer care phone number asking for the business's marketing manager, said they had phoned from Facebook. I asked if they were directly from Facebook or a third party company and she said "I'm with Facebook" and asked again for the marketing manager. I told her if that was the case she would have access to the manager's number as this phone number is not what the manager has provided Facebook with. The woman then asked me if we were an agency. I then hung up. Very similar to the many other scam "Facebook" phone calls we get a week.

Facebook - Marketing Support. * If you booked a call once and missed it they will randomly call you hoping that you will pick up. * Even if you didn't book they will randomly call you if you've ever made a call with Facebook Marketing help.
