from what I can tell they are a company that has a number of solicitors that they send clients to, to claim compensation money back for car accidents. I was called because the driver who actually hit me and caused the accident, was claiming for treatment after the accident. The cheek of him!! Anyway, I thought if he can claim then so can I as I had been having problems in my neck area since the accident. They sent me to one of there solicitors and they are running the claim for me, so no complaints here guys, so far

this number kept calling me EVERYDAY, so in the end i answered and lost my temper with them and demanded i be put on the phone to a manager, who i believe was called Jade, and requested my number to be removed off this system i was on. She then began to calm me down and actually explain the reason for the call, which was to do with an accident i had a couple of months ago. she then continued to explain that they have a wide range of solicitors that will be able to get me compensation apparently ranging from $20,00 to $50,00. So i agreed to go along with it, but only if i there was no cost at all to myself. She informed me there was but only if i win apparently from the solicitors and that they will deduct 20% from my compensation amount. in the end they sent out the paperwork, which all looked above board, and i am now in the process with a law firm and i am coming to the end. So sometimes its worth just giving them a chance just encase.

Called once, I answered the call, was a lady with a British Accent asking about my road incident from a while ago. I asked who was calling and they said Case Group, initially I though it may have been the third party insurer. Then they explained that they are a compensation company that helps people that have had road incidents make compensation claims. Went through my road incident with them but did not disclose any personal information. Said she can start the 'process' of organising compensation through third party insurance of the other driver and would have a "nurse" call back to ask some questions. All sounds dodgy to me and I will be blocking the phone number... gave me a website address http://www.australian-lawyer.com.au My advice - No one gives anything away for free - block the phone number

Daniel for Case Group called with details of a recent insurance claim and advised I could claim $20k to $50k for my non existent injuries. He had all the details of my accident, including my vehicle and rego number. Checked with my insurance company and they confirmed it is a scam.

The company did call back with my details again i blasted them until they did give me correct details, the was offering me "compensation" my passenger is now receiving money back from my policy not a scam call, hard to understand the British accent had to tell "ryan" to slow down, finally he was of help.

well i am actually dealing with this company myself and had the same issue at first. They called me up about my accident about 6 months ago and put me over to one of there solicitors. they are taking a slice of my compensation money which is 20%, however it is looking like i will be left with $22,355 after they take there deduction. So they have got a nice slice of my money, however, if they had never contacted me then i would never of had this coming so if you want to go ahead and claim then i say go for it. Its definitely worth it

This company is called Casegroup (Nuisance call) reported by


I started receiving calls from this company after reporting my car accident to my Insurer - Coles Insurance. They already knew basic details, my rego, date of incident etc. At the time I thought my insurance company may be dealing directly with this company to finalise my claim, however I don't believe that is the case. They mistakenly thought the other party was at fault, so their source of info is also questionable. Since then I had been screening their calls, but they are relentless and phone approximately 2-3 times a week. The most recent call I had which I decided to answer (again a British accent as per other comments) I asked him where he got his information from, he said that it is gathered from 'various sources'. He wanted to confirm my rego and correctly quoted it, however I said, I'm not prepared to disclose any details with a third-party company and he didn't press the issue. . I'm not sure what this company's end-game is... Is seems as though they wanting up to date information about my insurance claim, which I am NOT going to provide to them.

Has called me 3 times in 2 days (Silent call) reported by


First call hung up, second call went to my voicemail and was a 2+ minute recording with nobody talking, but can hear female voices with british accents in the background talking. Heard third party insurer and accident mentioned. Third call I answered and I muted my end. Same voices as second call and went for over 8 minutes before their end disconnected. I have reported to nuisance calls.

This number must be part of the range of numbers dedicated to the same call centre - I can see more similar numbers of the same range 2835599xx reported here already, so far as I can see on internet with non-fault accident - insurance marketing. People did they call you with something new, new scope?
