This is a landline from Sydney, it serves for general call centre - more numbers from the same range 02900343xx are already reported. They are reported mainly in connection with some charity, sometimes Cervical Cancer Foundation / RSPCA raffle tickets, but in fact just a call centre. You decide if answer it or not... I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (very useful for call centres). No problems.
