called, wanted my pin so they could access my account - asked them why as they called me and supposedly knew what plan I was on and they wanted to upgrade it! - told them to send me an email with the offer on and they refused - hung up then.

I didn’t give him my PIN and he started ask my personal info. I hanged up the phone directly. After 2 mins I received a Massage from Vodafone saying what happened. It’s not a scam. But I will do the same thing if It happens again. I prefer they sending email to me. Calling is not very polite.

Called at 7pm, hate when call centres call outside of business hours. Line was blank for a few secounds then a man who sounded perhaps Indian saying he's from Vodafone. Said he wanted to offer me NBN for being a loyal customer. Declined but thanked him for the offer all the whilst my tone was slightly on the dubious side as I used to receieve tons of spam. Checked the Vodafone website and it is on the list of numbers they call from. However, his demeanour was unprofessional, hanging up kind of bluntly and asked a lot of questions about my internet. Still not sure if it was legit.
