They don't leave messages but keep phoning all day. It is a call centre but is for Bali Getaway (one of those emails offering cheap accommodation but you have to sit thru the scammy offer to buy a villa timeshare or something whilst staying at the cheap/drastically reduced accommodation).

They rang and gave a date of a car accident which did not occur. The girl then proceed with her speech which revealed she knew my name, phone number and address which she was trying to confirm. I told her there was no one here by that name and hung up.

This number is an old "friend" - already reported as a scammer phoning with energy solution package (of course from the government), Solar systems, Charity etc. - in fact just some (probably Indian) call centre, this number is used as their outgoing gateway. It's really a bad idea, some of the services (clients) they are calling with can be a legitimate service, but the bad mark will remain... You decide... I would recommend to block it.
