The person did not speak for the first 10 seconds, I waited for a person to speak, then finally a woman with a strong accent told me she was calling from the Ombudsman's office re: a dodo complaint. I told her the complaint had now been resolved. She literally got angry with me, got menacing and acted in a manner that made me feel threatened, claiming I had to talk with her (as if my life depended on it), i told her I thought it was a scam call, and hung up.

Cannot find clear proof that this is actually dodo since it differs from the contact numbers listed on their site. We got a call today asking for some confirmation details and a man (whom we cannot even understand due to a foreign accent) telling us they were going to disconnect our internet without telling us why and then we were put on hold and the call ended. They never called back and sent us a text saying that they tried calling, couldn't get through and so we should call them back. But I don't think we will.

I have never signed up for DoDo, I have never left my number with them at all. I have had 8 missed calls from this number. I was able to answer 1 of the calls and got answering machine stating DoDo. SO FED UP WITH CRAP CALLS LIKE THIS.
