It's a call claiming to be from dodo but I don't believe they are, they are rude and try to make you feel pressured into changing your phone/internet plan. My advice is the simply blocked them as they have called me multiple times now from the same number.

It's call from DoDo customer service firstly to ask for the overall feedback about their Dodo mobile service, but then the point of this call is trying to advise the advantage of buying DoDo bundle(eg. NBN). Told the guy 3 times I do not want this and then they just hang up. Very rude and annoying.

Asked person who claimed to sort for dodo when I returned the call from the silent call I answered she wanted my details I refused until she could tell me what service's I currently had with dodo she put me through to there supposed complaints department these people clearly have an elaborate scam going on as they don't connect you to complaints they just leave you on hold for over an hour of course I waited to see where it would go inwas bored lol

It's call from DoDo customer service firstly to ask for the overall feedback to their NBN service, but then the point of this call is trying to advise the advantage of buying DoDo bundle by moving Electricity service to DoDo etc... I'm really not interested in these kind of telemarketing just to save money (if indeed what they said is true). Sometimes you don't save at all.

Called offering discount to nbn if I moved gas and electricity with them, said no, very insistent, told him no again, not interested and hung up. Same number called again next day. Now blocked.

Just had the exact same call. Trying to get me to sign up with gas and electricity for a discount on NBN and then told me I can get a free mobile phone if I change to dodo. Wouldn't take no for an answer so I hung up. Told me it was initially about my NBN service

Said he was from Dodo and knew my first name (I am a customer) asked me to confirm my surname so he can be sure he's in the right file but I wouldn't answer until he told me why he was calling. Danced around this circle a couple of times before I said I'm too busy and hung up. Already a customer - not interested in any other services - blocked.

Tried to take $5-10 off our internet if they could send us SIM cards and new plans, asked how much I pay with my bill said that’s a lot and tried to send me 5 SIM cards and when I said no he said he will send me a new number and I said I’m happy with my number. Then he asked about my electricity and gas and when I said I’m not the slightest bit interested in changing that he finished with I will still take $10 off your dodo account and I just hung up. Didn’t sound the slightest bit professional or like he knew what he was doing. Definitely a scam of some sort.
