Called and left message, called me straight back to confirm they could close the case that was still open after I cancelled an appointment I no longer required. Lasted 38sec and was only wanting a confirmation, never asked for any details or anything. Positive and definitely Optus as appointment and it's cancellation was only done through the Optus app and no one else would have been aware of it.

Apparently it's Optus.....but I'm Not an Optus customer! They repeatedly ask for personal details (drivers licence, medicare etc) before divulging the reason for their call. Please Do Not give out your details.

**Edit: NOT SPAM. It's definitely Optus. Can't change review to "positive". I needed a technician to call me regarding issues with my phone connection and this was the number they called from. *Original report: From other reports here it seems this is either an Optus sales telemarketer or a scam caller. No caller ID, no message left. I've had multiple calls from this number over several months. If it was important to reach me surely they should leave a voicemail message?
