Sales pitch to use more of their services. Hard to understand sometimes. Have had calls from the same before.

Citibank (apparently)

Trying to upsell more services to draw down and get into more debt. As a general rule of thumb, anyone calling you for an offer should be turned away given you have no clue if they are who they really say they are. Only legit services are mainly found at a physical store. Any telemarketer rushing or pressuring you into their service is trained to upsell or is a scammer.
