Jake from ATO rang and left message. I called back. i gave them a false name but they managed to find me in their system !! Didnt ask for any other information like TFN. I went along with it. And i was told I had an outstanding amount with the ATO of $1500.00. I could either go to court or pay right now !!

Block it. Pure scam, all the numbers from this range 03410001xx are reported with the same : "This call is from the Australian Taxation Office..." or similar. No, it isn't. People be aware, can be a robocaller or a live person behind it, this kind of scam mostly originates from USA, where this type of scam (someone calling on behalf of IRS - Internal Revenue Service, similar to ATO - Australian Taxation Office, https://www.ato.gov.au/) is very common. Block it, report it - police department is already checking this activity. Also, all ATO numbers begin with 13.
