They(EMS) did turn up today and installed the devise, download the app to monitoring electricity usage. the installer was pretty efficient and informative. It was poor telemarketing leading misunderstanding cause people's mistrust.

They were calling to see if I had received some energy thing from the Victorian Government. I told them I do not live in Victoria and that I do not like scams as the number had called me earlier in the day and I had tried to call the number back but hit was not connected
