Fake Energy Account (Silent call) reported by


Usually a silent caller who rings every 10 minutes. Sometimes someone with an Indian accent tells me they are calling about my Energy account but they name a company I am not with, and at any rate, my name is not on any energy accounts as I am living in a sort of boarder situation right now. The Energy account for this property is with another provider anyway.

Comparing energy prices (Telemarketer) reported by


Foreign person, hard to understand, dodgy phone line, asking me if I’m aware of my electricity rates and trying to get me to swap electricity companies to reduce my bills. Called me by the wrong name (I didn’t give my name so I’m not sure why they thought they knew who I was) and wouldn’t let me leave he conversation. I have expressed my disinterest and they keep calling back almost daily on this number.

I have gotten 11 calls from this number where they have hung up as I have answered, I would let it ring for different lengths of time to see what happened. I've also had 8 calls where they haven't hung up when I answered but when I say hello or hi there is silence on the other end of the phone
