I answered as I'm expecting an emergency call about a family member. The guy kept asking if I was someone, had my first name right but my last name wrong. Refused to tell me who he was, kept saying he didn't understand me. Then finally proceeded to go into his long spiel about electricity and trying to get my details. I just put the phone down and let him do his thing till he hung up. I'm so sick of this constantly. What good is the do not call register anyway.
