Recieved a call from them today. Seemed legitimate at first saying they were from employment and education. They said they were helping people find work. Then asked if I was looking for work which was odd because centrelink already knows Im looking for work, odd question which started bells ringing for me. They got pushy about work. After I said I already had a Bachelor they asked when did I expect to find work. I said I dont know, hopefully soon. He asked how long Id been studying I said a while, he was pushy I didnt give how many years. It seemed he was possibly pushing for me to not rely on my current studies- my impression. I said what quals I have. Then I said I really dont understand why I am getting this phone call as Im already with Sureway through centrelink and they are helping me look for work. I already have a diploma and would only consider one other type of diploma. With that they said well it sounds like youve got things sorted out, good luck and then hung up. Was odd as a proffessional caller wouldn't hang up so quickly and would explain why they were phoning me further. I will speak to sureway about this.

At first it seemed like someone calling me for a job because I need work. They muffed over when I ask who they were. Then it went all down hill from there. They want people to sign up to there crappy programs aka diplomas. When I said I can't study your course while I'm at university they got so mad and abusive telling me that I will never get a job and my career path is terrible. Anything I said turned out for them to put me down even more. Until the guy got so mad that he hang up.

I've been applying for jobs and thinking it was a number of a job I applied for, it ended up being an annoying career company trying to make me do a diploma. They were mentioning at first that I didn't have to pay anything, and they were nagging me for my details and details of one of my family members... Can't trust it.

pulled my name off a job application (career one) - but I haven't applied for a job in over 6 months. trying to sign me up for one of those scammy bull s* 'diplomas'...as soon as I mentioned I'm currently a hecs Masters student they hub get up.

Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range - 03839381xx, just last 2 or 3 digits different) reported here already. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far. People did someone answer it?

I answered it was someone from employment and education apparently they help people get certified while working... pretty much a work and learn type thing but im still unsure if they a legit or if they are just after personal info... ive nearly been scammed before and im very cautious about these things.
