I can hear the sounds of a call centre before the caller 'picks up' - as if they are dialling numbers on speaker until someone answers. I try to hang up before they say hello.

Have blocked this number (and about half a dozen others) from this group who call about my electricity. Every time I get a call from them, I hang up (I don't even bother talking to them anymore) and immediately block that number. Eventually, I'm sure I'll have them completely blocked - I hope. I have also signed up on the DoNotCall register.

Female and male callers, claiming to be from OPG (Online Power and Gas), offering discount as I "always pay on time". I'm not even with OPG so how would they know whether I pay on time. When I asked how they got my number they hung up.

I have been getting quotes for Solar panels and when this number called offering cheaper energy bills I interrupted the spiel and told them I am not looking to change atm due to getting Solar. The Indian woman with a thick accent then told me I was getting Solar from them. I said excuse me but what company are you calling from and I don't remember speaking to you and she hung up. I tried to call the number and it only gives a busy signal.

Have just got 2 calls from this number in the last hour. The 1st call I answered & it was silent for a few seconds & then a computerized voice said "Goodbye". What a wonderful waste of my time & interrupting my lunch. How rude! I didn't answer the second call. After reading the comments here it will be joining my blocked list! #demoted
