There are lots of these numbers all very similar I check them on the internet instead of answering then block them, if it's not a nuisance call you can always call back.

I've had 2 calls from this number today. The first one said "I'm calling you about the landline that you are on right now". To which I replied "this is not a landline" and then they just said "oh ok" and they hung up. Doesn't sound right to me. The second time they rang I was on the phone so I didn't answer it.

It seems to be an Indian call centre using an app to change the caller ID to this Australian number. The caller had my name and my address. It might be a coincidence however I recently had malware on my computer with keylogger (my mistake for downloading a graphic card drive). They may also have been able to see my screen which did have my name and address on it. These events are only 3 days apart.

Obvious call center call offering me 35% off electricity bills but i stay with my provider, said they would send paper info but I had to give them my medicare or drivers license details over the phone I said I would wait for the paper info before I did that and Bang they're gone, give them your details and you'll end up owing money somewhere, loans, credit cards etc

Got a call from them asking whether I mainly use my telstra landline for capps or internet. The thing is, I'm with Optus, and I don't even have a landline. Idiots should get their facts right first. Hahaha.

Called from Telco talk??? Phone call was being recorded. Told me I was with Telstra which I'm not and when I said I wasn't she kept telling me I was. I told her I thought she was a scam and she hung up. Definitely overseas call due to time it took to answer me.
