We had a lovely chat in which the lady was ringing to thank us for being one of over 13,000 people who donated money in order to buy food for families over Christmas. She didn't want anything. Simply to say thank you. She did say that a lot of people were being rude hanging up on her as they thought she was a telemarketer and it was making her job hard to thank people.
