Phone with automatic recording saying ATO investigation line - i hung up and had put on loud speaker - i heard a bunch of commotion with an indian accent stating they were from the ATO - number 0390154338 DO NOT ANSWER AND REPORT TO ATO if you get this call - i have!

Threat of arrest warrant (Scam call) reported by Andrea Leong

Voicemail message was of a computerised voice saying call back to avoid an arrest warrant being issued. I couldn't make out the start of the message, but others here suggest it claims to be from the ATO. The number they called is a public phone number of an organisation.

Scam call Australian Tax Office faker (Robocall) reported by Anonymous

They said they were with the Australian tax office and that a lawsuit had been filed under my name. I would have to call them asap or there would be an arrest warrant put out for my arrest.
