I answered "hello", I heard a mumble "hello" in response and then the calling party hanged up.

This number has called two more times. On the last occasion at about 6.00pm Melbourne time, 28 June 2019, before hanging up, after I answered "Hello" it was most clear that the caller spoke very quickly in a language, not English, which sounded very much like Indian or Pakistani.
