Telstra technician checking for viruses on computer (Scam call) reported by Aiden

Claiming to be a Telstra technician wanted to help me to check my pc for a new virus, gave name her name as Anna Wilson she spoke good English but was obviously a second language to her, gave ID number and gave address 242 exhibition street. She offered to ring back on my mobile so I could sit at the computer but she needed the number(it's a Telstra mobile).

Said her name was Jessica Davis - TL 980472. As below: Claiming to be Telstra technician, woman spoke very good English. it was a noisy phone room gave me supposed ID number and this telephone number and a name and wanted to clean my computer. I told her I want to check the validity of her details. Did not ask the Telstra identifying questions. I didnot give me details and if she really were Telstra, she would know who I am. She did not.
