I had this call yesterday and today the 04/05/2016. Said that survalence was being set up on my home phone and address as I was avoiding tax and would be arrested. Also that I had returned an unsigned document to them. I haven't received and definitely not returned any documents. I called the tax office and they are keen to report these scams. Dont call the number in the automated message from a guy with an american accent.
