Was Initially trying to call on that number and when that failed they decided to call me through a Private Number.

Persistently calling, despite asking them to remove me from list (Telemarketer) reported by TK

They also don't leave a voice mail if you miss the call. I have blocked their number, but they ring from different phone lines.

Called to discuss energy and my provider. When i told them i dont pay it instead of asking why not. They asked who which didnt bother me i said home owner and then thry asked for home owners name. I said sorry i cant give you that info then they hung up abruptly. There was also an awfully large amount of noise in background to the point the person was shouting at me through the phone
