No, this is not Business Victoria, it's a scam. 13 22 15 may be the number for Business Victoria, and a number they provide verbally, but it's not the number they call from - it's the number of the organisation they're impersonating. Hang up. Don't say 'yes' when they ask if now is a good time.

Computer voice did not identify who they were, just said - 'New Corona Virus Restrictions - We will not ask for any personal or confidential information - this will only take two minutes' - continuing with the call and speaking to a person (who was clearly in an indian call center) 'Hello, can I have your first name and surname please.....' to which I said, you called me??? - He said "We need your name and address, please to ensure you don't get the Corona Virus" - I then hung up on this ****. Telstra and Optus can block these calls, they know where they come from. They don't as it generates revenue for them - plain and simple.
