Called from ‘PayPal’ (Scam call) reported by 220.244.198.xxx

Woman with thick accent anwsered the line. Said she would find out who called. Claimed to be from PayPal to let me know I made a suspicious payment last night. I asked her if she was happy with herself doing what she’s doing. She blocked my number.
