Foreign sounding dude asked me if I'd heard of a popular insurance company. I said, 'yes, but I'm not interested at the moment.' I was out at a play centre with my young son, so I needed to focus on that. I've spent up to forty-five minutes in the past, listening to someone read off a script about something I don't need, out of politeness, but these calls are increasing, while my patience is decreasing. After I told him I was not interested, he said, 'Oh, well, I'll be quick, then.' and began to launch into the standard script, anyway! I interrupted him, telling him I was at a playground with my son, and he was bashing another child (a lie and, yes, I felt guilty), so I had to go. And he hung up on me. RUDE! That was yesterday. I've gotten three calls since, so I tried to call back and got the, 'This number is not in service' message. I can't wait until they call back, and I can give them a piece of my mind!

When I called the number back the message was THE NUMBER CALLED IS NOT IN SERVICE (abut 3 seconds later) GOODBYE For a number not in service they don't say GOODBYE so its very much in service but they don't want you to call back on this number Its only used for there outgoing calls It has SCAM written all over it Just a bunch of jerks

First call was funeral insurance, second call was offering cheaper electricity when I questioned how do they know they're cheaper than my current plan they said they can explain how after obtaining my name so I gave a first name but they wanted my full name, so I gave them a full name then my D.O.B address mobile no (they called on home phone) current electricity provider & account no with that account, pretty much all my personal info but no question about how much I currently pay. I questioned why they needed all that before providing a quote and after pausing for 30 sec's or so said that's their policy. I've since blocked. Btw apologises to Ben Dover for giving out your name ;)
