Rang asking for me by name and confirmed I paid the electricity bills. Stated he was calling from Energy Solutions and from the next meter read there would be a new discount price. I interrupted, told him I'd received 5 calls from them now and informed them each time to delete my number. He continued with his spiel, I repeated myself and hung up.

Very insistent that I don't need to do anything. They are "not telemarketers" and they are just arranging for me to save money and be ready for the NBN. They had a lot of personal information. The supervisor said that there is a 10 day cooling off period so it will be fine if I sign up now. I had to overtalk him and hang up

He asked if my surname was right. Heavy Indian or Paki accent. I hung up as he was too difficult to understand. On calling my power provide, they said there was no rcord they had contacted me. So either a scam or telemarketing.
