He asked if my surname was right. Heavy Indian or Paki accent. I hung up as he was too difficult to understand. On calling my power provide, they said there was no rcord they had contacted me. So either a scam or telemarketing.

I tried to call back but it was not a real no. I imagine if I had engaged them in conversation when he was saying Archun they would have started trying to scam me. They've been doing this kind of thing for months.

They constantly call. Often calling repeatedly in one day. Most times they hang up after i have answered and said hello. The few times they have remained on the line they have asked for people who arent me. After i tell them they have the wrong number they hang up and stop calling for a few days, and then the cycle starts over. They never use my name, and I have never told them it. They ask for a different person each time they stay on the line long enough. They also never say why they are calling.
