I've received 2 call from this number. The 1st one I answered and all I could hear was noise and talking in the background, when I said hello they hung up. 2nd call I didn't answer and they didn't leave a message. Seems to happen about the same time every day.

Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range - 03909160xx, just last 2 or 3 digits different) reported here already. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far - similar numbers are reported as Sumo Power/Power shop, Vodafone, pure Data Flow - so should be some indian call centre working for multiple clients. People did someone answer it? I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (wery usefull for call centres). No problems.
