Introduced her self as someone calling from Vodafone knew my name, told that wants to offer some additions to my plan, but needs to know my 4 digit code number, refused to tell if they already called them selves to me and I confirmed my name, so that should be enough, repeatedly asked for a code and then told that will call next time when i will have my code on my and hanged up.. not sure if that was a scam or what

Seems to be some call center, I can see more similar numbers (all the same range - 03909160xx, just last 2 or 3 digits different) reported here already. No idea who is behind it, they left no message, no VM. I really don't answer unknown numbers, tried to dig some info about this number first on internet, but no luck so far - similar numbers are reported as Sumo Power/Power shop, Vodafone, pure Data Flow - so should be some indian call centre working for multiple clients. People did someone answer it? I have been using the ShouldIAnswer mobile application from these pages, works fine, can stop such calls and also a range of numbers (wery usefull for call centres). No problems.
