Expecting a call from Facebook asking for feedback. Missed the call but since I'm expecting it I know it is actually Facebook.

Visa credit card transactions (Robocall) reported by 49.224.250.xxx

Robot voice saying someone has used Visa credit card for Countown $900 and Apple ITunes cards $700. Said they haven’t charged because I have never used credit card for these transactions. But then said press 1 to cancel transactions or press 2 to approve transactions.

They've called before, they make you sit on the call with them while you answer a feedback survey online - even if you've already answered the short feedback survey in the chat support. It's awkward and annoying and a time waste

i had some issues with my facebook and contacted facebook i got a call after a while and i was asked about the quality of the support given and had done a quick survey on the messenger chat
