Called up at around 7.30pm and knew my name. Asked about something to do with being involved in my community. Hung up before I got more details about call.

Be aware, this number belongs probably to the same call centre as previously reported numbers used for scam telemarketing, diging for personal info. Beter to block it. Does someone answer this specific number?

They called my phone mobile and asking if I'm looking for an intership for mechanical engineer. They told me that they are offering a spot for me and I should take their course (12 units but minium of 6 unit to get an intership)
I asked why and they said to "prepare" you for the real world job and learn different skills. The course covered by VET fee help.
After I do the course, they will let me pick which an intership from approximate 10 employer. The lady said, I will have 1/2 chance to get an intership after I do their course. I asked for email and need to read about it before enrol in it.
Sound fishy
Somehow they got my mobile number and even my email. What?
