Was told that I am eligible for a $4000 plus refund from insurance from my bank when asking questions they got irritated then after asking more questions they hung up. I didn’t even get to the point where they could ask me questions because they couldn’t even tell me what the refund was for or even what banks were involved.

caller suggested i may be entitled to CCI refund due to car loan/ associated insurance and mortgage. Didn't seem able to tell me where they got my mobile phone number from. Already had my name/phone/address details. He texted me a link to more info, which would apparently require my DOB and signature to proceed any further. Haven't clicked on it.. although at the back of my mind I am thinking that we did have some dodgy insurance with a car purchase a few years ago.

Had this number call my personal mobile as well as business number. Received two websites https://biclaims.com.au/ and https://reclaimcci.com.au/ both and are Asic registered under 637 114 955 Mortgage Claims Pty Ltd.All seemed like a scam call and did not want to give details over random phonecall.
